Wind River Outdoor Company offers a 30-day return policy for most purchases. We want our valued customers to be confident in their purchases. However, there are some limitations with this policy. Please review the details below for specific conditions and exceptions. Should there be a warranty issue, we will gladly work with you and the vendor to secure a replacement product.
Important: Ecommerce purchases cannot be returned or exchanged in store.

Note: Any item deemed ineligible for return will be held for 30 days. If return shipping is not paid within this time, the item will be considered abandoned and disposed of.
If an item is defective or eligible for a warranty claim, we will work with you and the manufacturer to provide a timely replacement. Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged item.
For items damaged during shipping, notify Wind River Outdoor Company at mail@windriveroutdoorcompany.com or via telephone before returning.
